This patient came into our office missing many of her teeth and was very embarrassed to smile. She also had alot of problems chewing food due to not having any back teeth. The remainder of her upper teeth were not salvagable. The patient was given all possible options and she decided to remove the remainder of her upper teeth, have implants placed, and have teeth snap into the implants. After the patient got her teeth, she was much happier that she could smile without feeling self-concious!
