This patient first presented to the office and told Dr. Elkhechen that she had a tooth in the front that was very loose and she was terrified that the tooth would fall out suddenly and then she wouldn't be able to smile. The tooth that appears to be hanging down much lower than the rest in the "Before" picture had to be removed due to severe gum disease. At the very same appointment, we did some cosmetic work on the other front teeth and she left with temporary teeth so she could smile without having a gap in the front. The patient came back about two weeks later so we could deliver he beautiful new porcelain crowns and bridges which is what you see in the "After" picture.
